Jeremy earned his MFA in Creative Writing, with a specialty in poetry, from the University of New Orleans. Before studying poetry, he earned a B.S. in environmental biology and a B.A. in philosophy from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA, and an MA in philosophy from Washington University in St. Louis.
His poetry appears in Mojave River Review, Helen, Panoply, SPANK the CARP, Gloom Cupboard and elsewhere. In 2018, he won the Vassar Miller Poetry Award judged by former Louisiana Poet Laureate Ava Leavell Haymon.
